Kid's ConceptKid's Concept Baby Gym Edvin Play Mat 77cm
Visual learning: When a baby is born, the vision is not fully developed. Since babies cannot see distant objects clearly yet, they need to have things to look at nearby. It’s also hard for them to distinguish colours and, therefore, mostly sees shapes and contrast. But already at two-three months, babies will be able to see colours just as well as an adult can. With a baby gym or other baby toys on hand, you can help your baby practise focusing and following things with their eyes.
Gross motor skills: Isn’t it exciting for the kids, and their parents, when there’s a new development step in their gross motor skills? It can be being able to hold their head up, rolling onto their stomach, sitting, standing, taking their first steps, jumping, dancing, or running. Children can learn some of these things quickly, while others may take a bit longer. Regardless of the skill being learned, there are many different toys that can make practising a lot more fun.
Tactile: Even though their senses are not yet fully developed at birth, children already have good tactile senses. They can tell if something is smooth, bumpy, hot, or cold. That’s why toys with different shapes and textures are so exciting to explore with their little hands (and sometimes even their mouth).

CE marked: What is CE marking? Many products require a CE mark to be sold within the European Union (EU). The CE mark means that the manufacturer guarantees that the product meets the safety requirements set by the EU for that particular product.
All products must be safe, but not all products must be CE marked. Examples of products that may not be CE marked are furniture, prams, pacifiers and other children's items. The products that may not be CE marked are tested by the laboratory using standards, developed specifically for each type of product, and they are as safe as products with a CE mark.
